Collect lets users discover, save, and organize collections of content, create personal collections, share them (if chosen), and discover collections created by others.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
- One person may not maintain more than one account.
